Nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) applicants seeking admission must:

  1. Possess High School Diploma/GED
  2. Take TEAS Test and Meet Minimum Scores Requirement Pass the entrance exam: TEAS Exam with: 54 points in Reading; 50 points in Math & 54 points in Language unless having a prior a bachelor of science or higher.
  3. Must be 18-year-old
  4. Interview with Director of Nursing
  5. Demonstrate Clearance on FDLE Level II Background Check
  6. Attain Negative Drug Test Results
  7. Submit proof of approved Physical Examination and required BLS Card
  8. Submit BLS Card (Health Care Provider card by American Heart Association)
  9. Maintain appropriate Accident and Liability Insurance
  10. Submit all required forms by designated deadlines
  11. Attend orientation sessions as scheduled
